Change in operations
What changed in the salon's working day.
Before arriving
The salon's public link shows the current wait and lets clients join the queue from their phone — no call, and no trip to the salon just to see how busy it is.
While waiting
Clients follow their place in the queue on their phone and come back when their turn is near, instead of sitting in a waiting room.
In the salon
Staff run the queue from a single operational view, and a screen in the room shows everyone the same queue state.
Reading the data
What the data shows, and what it does not.
The higher range appeared after Rowomat was adopted and remained through the available observed period in 2026. The comparison therefore rests on a sequence of monthly records from the same salon, not on one selected month.
The data cannot separate the effect of the digital queue from pricing, demand, capacity, management and other changes in the business. It documents sequence and scale; it does not prove that Rowomat alone caused the entire result.
