Replace a device safely
- Open Devices for the branch and identify the old terminal by name and last activity.
- Choose Disable and confirm. The old device immediately loses terminal access.
- Use a clean or dedicated browser profile on the replacement device.
- Choose Activate device in the portal, enter a new recognisable name and generate a new code.
- Complete activation on the new device and confirm that it has appeared in the list.
Always generate a new code
Do not try to reuse an old activation code. A disabled or expired terminal is replaced with a new activation so that access remains traceable.
