Replace, disable and reactivate a device

Disable an old terminal and pair a replacement without leaving old access active.

Replace a device safely

  1. Open Devices for the branch and identify the old terminal by name and last activity.
  2. Choose Disable and confirm. The old device immediately loses terminal access.
  3. Use a clean or dedicated browser profile on the replacement device.
  4. Choose Activate device in the portal, enter a new recognisable name and generate a new code.
  5. Complete activation on the new device and confirm that it has appeared in the list.

Always generate a new code

Do not try to reuse an old activation code. A disabled or expired terminal is replaced with a new activation so that access remains traceable.
