Call, start service, complete and mark no-show

The daily Staff terminal sequence from calling a ticket to completion or no-show.

The normal daily cycle

  1. Open the activated Staff terminal and select the staff profile you are working as.
  2. Before starting, confirm the branch, active tickets and that another window is not using the same terminal.
  3. When ready, call the next eligible ticket from the queue.
  4. When the customer reaches the workstation, start service. The queue state and estimate then update.
  5. Complete service when it ends. If the customer does not arrive within the allowed time, mark the ticket as a no-show.
  6. Use return to queue only when a ticket was called too early or must return to its permitted position.

Habits that keep the queue accurate

  • Do not leave a ticket in service after the work has actually finished.
  • Do not share the same activated Staff terminal across simultaneous tabs.
  • For a counter ticket, enter contact details only when the customer wants them or the channel rule requires them.
  • If Rowomat requests a decision about an old active ticket, first confirm what really happened, then choose completion, no-show or return.
